Piston skirt and crown
Consist of a steel piston head and an aluminium piston skirt which have a moveable connection to each other via the piston pin. Due to great strength and low wear and tear, it is possible to achieve low exhaust emission values for diesel engines that are subjected to particularly high loads.
Piston comes with bushes
In order to make it possible to increase the loads to which the pin boss can be subjected, this piston has pin boss bushes that are made of a special material
Alfin is inserted within the ring grooves when casting. Alfin is made of special austenitic cast iron. It is tightly bonded metallically to piston body and counteracts the wear in the top or second ring groove.
Cooling channel piston
Cooling channel piston effectively reduce piston body working and groove land temperature under high temperature working condition.
PISTON SURFACE TREATMENT
Piston with Tin coating
Tin is coated by exectroanalysis or heat dipping at thickness between 0.001 and 0.003mm. Tin is characterized as soft and oil-friendly which improves running-in efficiency of piston and liner.
Pistons with Phosphating
The phosphating is aimed to improve initial running-in performance. The phosphating layer is easy to wear off and helpful to improve running-in.
Piston roof anodizing
The piston roof is anodized by electrobath, forming thin layer of Al O . This treatment will improve heat resistance, heat conductivity and anticorrosion, it helps prevent piston roof burn-up.
Graphipe printing and spratyed at piston skirt
Graphite is characterized as good lubriing, which helps lubricant adhering to coating surface.
