The installation method of the piston and the installation direction of the piston are as follows:
1. Coat the piston pin and piston pin hole with engine oil, connect the piston and connecting rod with the piston pin, and then install the piston pin snap ring
2. Install the piston ring. Press the wiper blade, the oil ring backing ring, the upper wiper blade, the second air ring, and the first air ring, and install each ring on the piston in sequence; when assembling each air ring, pay attention to the direction of the piston ring. Up with the words "TOP".
Stagger the two scrapers and the cylinder liner ring at a certain angle, the sharp angle at the interface of the cylinder liner ring points to the top of the piston, and the first ring, the second ring and the upper scraper are 120° or 90° from each other
3. Install the upper bearing shell and connecting rod together.
NOTE: The gap on the bearing pad should line up with the gap on the connecting rod
4. Apply engine lubriing oil on the engine cylinder, hold the piston ring with a special tool, tap the piston head with a wooden handle, and install the piston connecting rod assembly.
Note: The dotted line side of the connecting rod should face the direction of the 1st cylinder of the engine and be consistent with the direction of the arrow on the top of the piston
5. Assemble the connecting rod lower bearing shell and connecting rod cover, and apply engine lubriing oil on the inner surface of the bearing shell.
NOTE: The gap on the bearing pad should line up with the gap on the connecting rod
